MICE

I worked with Virtirlwear Studios to create a Metaverse option of their NFT line. Unfortunately the project was cancelled before the project to get to full potential.

I took the bust of the character from the NFT line that was already created and then transferred that information into a fully realised 3D character fully optimised for Unreal Engine 5.1. This includes the additional sculpting, to low poly re-topology to texturing, rigging, applying weights, animating and importing into Unreal where I got the character to move around a scene using Blueprints.

Having never touched Unreal Engine since UDK, this was very exciting and fun to learn.

My computer couldn't handle recording and playing UE5 at the same time so there is a little bit of artefacting.
The character is able to interact with the environment that was the Epic Offices environment available in the UE Marketplace.

Here is a short video of the switching that was available in the now cancelled NFT to Metaverse project from MICE media.

These are the Blueprints I created to have the character move and switch clothes.

These were placeholder animations for the MICE team. We created a trailer from them.
