Velstadt the Royal Aegis - Drawfee The Dark Souls Boss Challenge Episode Fanart
Julia Lepetit from Drawfee and Dorkly made an amazing dark souls character in the Drawfee show. Julia was given the boss Velstadt the Royal Aegis. And with little to go on made a character that I just had to make in 3D.
I used Zbrush, then Maya, then went back to Zbrush, placed it in Blender then back into Zbrush only to Unwrap it in Blender and then add materials in Substance Painter.
It took about 3 days to finish.

did basic symmetry first then placed it in Maya, added a simple rig and posed it. Then reimported into Zbrush.
I started with a great base armature that was sold by Brice Laville Saint Martin on their Gumroad.
